Core Limitations

Not Open-World Truth

AXIMUR does not search the web or query external knowledge bases. It evaluates claims only against the grounding source you provide. It cannot determine absolute truth about the world.

Not a Replacement for Human Review

In high-stakes contexts (medical, legal, financial, safety-critical), use AXIMUR as decision support — flag UNCERTAIN and UNSUPPORTED for human expert review. Do not rely solely on automated verdicts.

Evidence Quality Dependency

AXIMUR checks claims only against the supplied grounding source. If the source is incomplete, outdated, or biased, the verdict reflects that source — not ground truth.

Server-Side Only

API keys must be kept server-side. Never expose API keys in client-side code, mobile apps, or public repositories.

Confidence Interpretation

Confidence is model-internal. It reflects the model's assessed certainty given the provided evidence, not a calibrated statistical probability.

Language Optimization

The API is English-language optimized. Performance on non-English claims and sources may vary.
